Background: I graduated in 2017 at the University of Exeter with an MSci in Mathematics. In the last two years of my MSci I became interested in fluid dynamics, specifically the astrophysical side with magnetohydrodynamics being my favourite module.
Research Interests: I am currently keeping my options open and looking into all the different areas of research within fluid dynamics but astrophysical fluid dynamics does spark my interest the most.
Why I chose the CDT in Fluid Dynamics: After taking a few years away from education the PhD integrated with masters appealed to me as it would allow me to ease back into academia by aiding me in refreshing and expanding my knowledge in fluid dynamics. Additionally the CDT encourages multi-disciplinary study.
