Background and Research Interests:
I graduated from Aberystwyth University with a 1st Class Degree in Mathematics in 2022. During my time there I undertook two modules on Hydrodynamics, this sparked my interest in Fluid Dynamics.
My final-year project was to Investigate Liquid Foam Drainage in Microgravity; I found this particularly fascinating, the link between analytical mathematics and computational results was very exciting.

Why I chose the CDT in Fluid Dynamics:
I applied to join the Fluid Dynamics CDT because I wanted the opportunity to research Fluid Dynamics further. Several projects had caught my eye and the thought of being surrounded by like-minded people who were also interested in the field was particularly compelling.
