Background
I completed a Mphys in Physics with Astrophysics at the University of Leeds in 2014 undertaking a project in Astrophysical fluid dynamics investigating cloud destruction using inviscid and k-e models.
Research Interests
I have come into the PhD with an open mind about what I want to peruse, but given my background in physics I do have a particular interest in astrophysical and geophysical fluids.
Why I chose the CDT in Fluid Dynamics
It was during my Masters project I become interested in perusing a PhD in fluid dynamics and looking into what different universities offered. The CDT in Leeds offered a new challenge as it was an interdisciplinary PhD with lots of collaboration with people from different departments.
